He has been with profession of violin making since 1983.
His first master was Istn Balzs. Then, from 1989 on, he continued his studies at the International School of Violin Making in Cremona, Italy, where he obtained the master diploma giving the highest qualification.

His master was V. Bissolotti, who maintains the Stradivaris of S. Accordo. He learnd the varnishing from S. Conia andM. Negroni, all three of them taught him instrument restoring as well. During his stay in Cremona he also passed a two years' bows making school, where his masters were G. Lucchi and E. Slivero. He builds violins, violas, cellos using the classical and modern Italian-Cremonese style. He chooses the selected wood materials drying for several decades to his instruments according to the acoustic methods used by the ancient Italian masters that he "stealthily acquired" from his master. As a result of the application of the ancient recipes his varnish is transparent and elastic.

On the 1st Budapest International Violin Exhibition and Contest in 1993 he won the prize of the Italian Violin Makers' Association with his violin, as the best instrument in Italian style. On the International Competition in Esztergom, organized in 2000 he was paced 3rd in the violin category. His instruments we sold in many countries of the world: Italy, Japan, USA, Germany.
